By accessing or using Student Manager, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the service.

2. Service

Student Manager provides tools for managing students, coaching-centre information, fees, payments, reminders, and related administrative activities.

3. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activities performed through their account.

4. Information Accuracy

Users are responsible for ensuring that student, parent, contact, fee, and payment information entered into the application is accurate and lawful.

5. WhatsApp Notifications

Where enabled, Student Manager may send notifications through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate authorization to use contact information for such communications.

6. Acceptable Use

The service must not be used for unlawful activities, unauthorized communications, abuse, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party platform policies.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Student Manager available and reliable, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, outages, or third-party service interruptions may occasionally affect the service.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time as the service develops or legal requirements change.
